What languages do you cover mainly currently?

Can we test the quality of your translator before letting him/her translate the entire text?
Yes, in an effort to ensure you are happy with the quality and style, our translator will provide 1-2 pages of sample translation on your text. You may feedback to us whether the translator meets your style and requirements.
If my text has many technical terms (like medical or scientific articles), do you all accept the work?
Yes. Technical term translation requires more research and therefore will have a higher charge compared to normal text.
Will your translation be 100% accurate?
We will be upfront with you that sometimes our translator doesn't capture the meaning of a text accurately because certain writing can be ambigious:
- Meaning certain text can be presented or interpreted in multiple ways, which neither is wrong. But the original writer might know the context better.
- Certain phrases in a particular language doesn't carry the same meaning once translated to another language.
- Only the writers know the meaning of certain ambigious text when they write it.
In these cases, we need the cooperation of both the translator and the client to clarify the meaning.
